How it works?
Step 1: Guest Introduction and Photos
At the beginning of the event, I introduce myself to guests and explain the illustration process. I then take quick photos of the guests, capturing their best poses in the moment. This ensures I can work efficiently throughout the event without disrupting the flow of the celebration.
Step 2: Creating the Illustrations
Using the photos, I begin creating live digital illustrations on my iPad. Each piece is carefully crafted to highlight the guest’s style and personality. For added flexibility, I work discreetly during speeches, dinner, or other quieter moments, ensuring maximum output without drawing attention.
Step 3: Delivering the Illustrations
Illustrations are shared with guests in two ways:
- Digital Delivery: Guests receive their artwork instantly via phone or email.
- Printed Keepsakes: Using a compact printer, I produce high-quality physical prints that are given to guests as stylish and tangible souvenirs.
Step 4: Engaging with Guests
Throughout the event, I remain available to answer questions, share the creative process, and ensure every guest feels part of the experience. Whether it’s at smaller gatherings or larger celebrations, my goal is to make the live art interactive, fun, and memorable for everyone.

How quickly can you work?
Each drawing takes approximately 9-10 minutes for an individual.
If you’re looking to accommodate more guests during an event, I offer a ‘monochrome’ style. This approach focuses on the outline without coloring, capturing the figures with elegance and simplicity. This timeless style is inspired by vintage fashion designers like Dior, Schiaparelli, and Chanel.
How does it work at the event?
It all depends on the format and size of the event.
My illustrations are based on photos, so I start by taking pictures of the guests at the beginning of the evening. This allows everyone to enjoy the celebration without waiting around.
At smaller events, guests can watch the illustration process and mingle, adding an interactive and unique element to the experience. At larger events, guests are free to dance, eat, and enjoy the entertainment, then receive their completed illustrations throughout the evening. This always adds excitement and creates an unforgettable atmosphere.
What happens during dinner and speeches?
At weddings or other seated events, I make sure to work discreetly. I start by taking quick photos of the guests at the beginning, so I can illustrate during dinner or speeches without drawing attention. This lets me create as many illustrations as possible while keeping the celebration uninterrupted!
What setup do you need at the venue?
I’ll need a comfortable table to work at - preferably a standard-height table larger than a cocktail table. If there’s a well-lit spot at the venue, that’s ideal, but I always bring along a small, stylish desk lamp just in case.
For digital illustrations, I also need access to an outlet for the mini printer to ensure guests can receive their printed artwork right away.
Can I add my own branding?
Absolutely! I offer custom-branded templates for an additional fee. We can include anything you’d like: your names and wedding date, a company logo, a thank-you note, or even details from your wedding stationery. If you have brand guidelines or design ideas, I’ll gladly use my graphic design expertise to create something unique just for you!
Do you only draw at weddings?
I work at a wide variety of events: weddings, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and pop-up events. If you have an idea or want to create something unique, I’d be happy to help adapt live illustration to fit your event.
Do you only draw people?
Most of the time - yes. But if you have a unique idea, let’s talk! I’m always open to creative challenges and would love to explore how to bring your vision to life.
What do you charge?
Every event is unique, so pricing is quoted individually. Reach out to inquire about availability and get all the details.
Do you travel?
Yes! I’m based in Limassol but more than happy to travel. For events held more than an hour from the city, additional travel expenses may apply.
