1. General Information

1.1. Services Offered:

We provide custom digital illustrations based on client photographs, event illustrations, printing custom designs on various items (such as mugs, bottles, paintings, cards), pre-designed products, and online courses in digital illustration.

1.2. Age Restrictions:

There are no age restrictions for accessing or purchasing our services.

2. Products and Services

2.1. Custom Digital Illustrations:

• Illustrations are created based on photographs provided by the client.

• The final result depends on the quality and type of photograph submitted. For color illustrations, a color photo is required; black-and-white illustrations can be created from any photo.

2.2. Custom Printed Products:

We offer custom illustrations printed on items such as mugs, bottles, paintings, cards, and more. These orders require additional production time.

2.3. Online Courses:

We provide recorded online lessons in digital illustration, as well as live courses for children.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1. Payment Methods:

We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, Revolut, and other supported electronic wallets.

3.2. Custom Portrait Orders:

• Orders can only be canceled before work on the illustration has started. Once work begins, cancellations are not allowed.

3.3. Event Illustration Orders:

• If canceled 7 or more days before the event, a 10% cancellation fee applies.

• If canceled less than 7 days before the event, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

3.4. Children’s Courses:

• Payment is made monthly at the beginning of the month.

• Missed lessons are not charged but credited to the following month.

3.5. Order Processing Time:

• Custom illustrations are completed within 5–8 business days after receiving a suitable photograph.

• Additional products with custom illustrations require up to 5 extra business days after client confirmation.

• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

4. Ownership and Content Usage

4.1. Illustration Rights:

• All custom illustrations are provided for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

• For commercial use, clients must contact us to obtain usage rights.

4.2. Website Content:

• All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is protected by copyright. Copying or using any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier or shipping companies.

5.2. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
