Refund policy

Return of Ready-Made Products:

• Products that are not custom-made (e.g., recorded courses or pre-designed items) can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is in its original packaging.

• The product has not been used and is in its original condition.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
